motto and vision

We are artists with attitude!

OMMA is a group of visual artists working in an experimental and expressive manner, freely incorporating a variety of art media into their work, using traditional and innovative materials and methods. It’s not unusual to find watercolour, acrylic, collage, ink, pastel, charcoal and more in a single piece. Our work tends to be non-representational and abstract, though not always. Our motto is: “Artists with attitude”.

As a group, our primary goal is to provide our members with opportunities to exhibit their work and further their artistic development in a spirit of mutual support and encouragement.

Another important goal is to provide art lovers in the community with the opportunity to connect with our contemporary and innovative work.

our spirit is

  • warm, friendly and enthusiastic

  • open and informal

  • collaborative and inclusive

  • supportive and respectful
